I'm dumb. If I could do it all over again, I would have added either graphic arts or photography to my undergraduate curriculum. Boy, I'm sure using all this useful accounting knowledge (not). Actually, on top of that, I'm using a lot of this, err, nevermind; I'm not going to finish my sentence. I love my parents for financing my undergraduate studies. Thanks Dad, thanks Mom.
On a different note, I throughly enjoyed my hike in the Santa Monica Mountains/Sandstone Peak. The planner/head meetup dood is a warm and friendly guy who is a photographer. Double bonus for me. Ideally, there will be opportunities for me to hike with him and shoot more aggressive photos (visit more aggressive locations and just do the full -n diet Ansel Adam's experience).
On a different note, I do feel bad for the middle aged Indian woman who had a difficult time keeping up with us. I'm happy and appreciative of being on the positive side of the in shape coin. I shouldn't take this for granted. I look forward to really leveraging my in shape-ness for some quality photo taking opportunities.
