I had a person "friend" me on Facebook. I was pretty sure she wasn't trying to "hookup" with me, considering her facebook profile picture included her two children. At least I think those younger peoples were her kids. I get leery when strangers try and friend. However, with this person, we did have some mutual friends. Mutual friends whom I can vouch to having normal friends.
With that being said, I decided this wasn't just a random, I want more friends on my facebook account effort to befriend me.
I dropped her a line and asked her if I had knew her or had met her before and she responded to me. She had never met me but was an admirer of my photography. What a nice message on an otherwise crappy week for me.
I friended her and got this back as a comment on my gallery.
"I just can't take my eyes off those magnificent photos."
Thanks random person from the internet.

that's pretty awesome since i've made lots of friends from the internet. 6 yrs ago when someone told me about that i thought they were nuts.
